| В статье проведен теоретический анализ социальных изменений в условиях процессов глобализации, а также взаимодействие государства и гражданского общества при сохранении текущих тенденций устойчивости традиционного влияния ислама на всю систему политических, социокультурных жизненных ценностей арабо-мусульманских стран. Исследование этих факторов представляется весьма актуальной задачей, что позволяет сформировать конструктивное видение социальных процессов, происходящих в арабском мире. | The article presents a theoretical analysis of the social change in the conditions of globalization processes, as well as the interaction of the state and civil society while maintaining the current trends in the sustainability of the traditional influence of Islam on the entire system of political, socio-cultural life values of Arab-Muslim countries. The study of these factors seems to be a very urgent task, which allows us to form a constructive vision of social processes taking place in the Arab world. As a result, social structures in the Arab-Muslim countries remained the main obstacle in the process of forming states in the Middle East as a whole, especially in relation to the construction of a centralized state. Therefore, social problems are considered further without assessing their relative importance. Consequently, the post-colonial ruling elite in the Arab countries had to face, in addition to the usual problems, the formation of new public administration through social change, with constant ideological problems concerning their institutional legitimacy. The formation of the structure of the state in the Arab-Muslim world is indeed inextricably linked with inter-Arab, regional political figures who hold power in their hands. Their origins are rooted in the colonial period, as well as the period of the first years of independence. The phenomenon of the Arab regional politics is represented by the interrelated processes of the formation of modern states, the desire for regional domination, rapid socio-political changes, and the emergence of the dominant regional discourse. Based on the dual resolution of the question of the relationship between the rulers and society, we can argue that every leader can speak on behalf of the Arab nation. |
