| У статті проведено теоретичний аналіз нового методологічного підходу до досліджень сучасних проблем геополітики. Визначено, що таким новаторським методом, який відображає специфіку соціально-філософського підходу, може стати теорія критичної геополітики, яку запропонував Дж. O’Тоал. Визначені об'єктивні чинники, що характеризують сучасну ситуацію та вимагають зміни методологічних підходів в аналітиці геополітичних процесів. В першу чергу, потрібно відзначити активний розвиток глобальних, техногенних, інформаційних процесів і появу у зв'язку з цим нових різних соціальних форм, як гармонійної так і деструктивної комунікації на міжнародній арені. | In the article the theoretical analysis of the new methodological approachfor the researches of modern problems of geopoliticsis conducted. It is determined that such innovative method which reflects the specific of socially-philosophical approach can become the theory of critical geopolitics which was offered by Gerard O`Toal. Objective factors characterizing the current situation and requiring changes in methodological approaches in the analysis of geopolitical processes are determined. First of all, it should be noted the active development of global, technogenic, informational processes and the emergence in this regard of new different social forms of both harmonious and destructive communication in the international arena.Modern researchers such as G. O'Toal, J. Derrida, M. Foucault, the English geographer D. Harvey, I. Okunev, O. Oselskaya, O. Snigur and others, believe that geo-political code is based on geographical imagination and spatial myths.Consequently, modern geopolitical research is based not so much on the realization that space is in some degree capable to determine international relations and world politics, but on the interpretation of the sphere of the ideal – to "capture" the barely perceptible connection between ideas and geopolitical practices related to territorial expansionism and the dominant role of space.G. O'Toalemphasizes that there is a blurring of our familiar ontology and firm beliefs about how the world works. Conventional geopolitical thinking, convenient for us, is no longer acceptable in the worldwherespace is overtaken by time.The formation of a new methodological direction of critical geopolitics is caused by objective reasons for the development of modern times.This is a present day situation of postmodernity.Globalization affecting the development of all modern states, the information society, the technological component of the development of states, which creates innovative societies – all these circumstances present instability, ambiguity, molecularity, atomicity, instead of regularity, objectivity and systemic structure in the relations "man-society", "man-world".Modern philosophy in its analytics actively captures the complexity, fluidity, scale, certain unpredictability of social changes, confirmation of this fact we find in many works, both domestic and foreign researchers.The analysis of geopolitical research must necessarily be based on the methodological principles of social philosophy, namely, the historical component of the worldview transformations of the relationship the past, present and future in the geopolitical process.The presented material successfully emphasizes the semantic specifics of analytical transformation in the field of modern geopolitics. It is critical geopolitics that should offer an innovative approach to understanding international relations and world politics, in connection with the social, objective changes that we considered above. G. O’Toal defines critical geopolitics as knowledge about the representation of space and the spatial organization of activities on which world politics is based (representation allows you to see something missing).G. O’Toal criticizes the analysis of traditional geopolitics, he notes that the historical schemes and ideal constructs that described and describe the understanding of geopolitics are rooted in the history of Europe of the sixteenth century and still structure and define world politics.The author is sure that these heuristic abstractions, ideal schemes and classifications are far from perfect. They are trying to hide the disordered historicity and complex spatiality of geopolitical discourses and practices.Representatives of critical geopolitics note that spatial geopolitical practices are an ideology and discourse that are criticized. |
