| У статті розглянуті основні ментальні риси українського народу, до яких віднесено кордоцентризм, антеїзм, космізм, сформовані ще в добу Київської Русі та активно проявлювані в наш час. Разом взяті, вони, на жаль, визначають чи не провідну мотиваційну домінанту поведінки – індивідуалізм, що як у минулому, так і в сучасності суттєво заважає формуванню «державницького умонастрою» (Гегель) та об’єднуючої загальнонаціональної ідеї. Для подолання рецидивів роз’єднаності потрібно всі зусилля як держави, громадських організацій, сучасних засобів масової інформації спрямувати на ліквідацію політико-партійного розбрату, скерувати масову свідомість на соціокультурні досягнення української еліти як щирого духовного провідника народу. | The article describes the main features of Ukrainian peoplementality, which includes cordocentrism, antheism, cosmism have been formed in days of Kiev Rus and actively won today. Taken together, they are, unfortunately, determinedas a key of motivational dominant behavior - individualism that as in the past and in the present substantially prevents the"state of mind" formation (Gegel) and anunifying national idea. To overcome the fragmentation of recurrence it is necessary to direct all efforts as a state, public organizations, modern media to eliminate political-party discord, direct public consciousness on social and cultural Ukrainian elite achievements as the true spiritual leader of the people. The article discusses the phenomenon of public opinion, which, thanks to its millennial duration, is the actual spiritual Foundation of any nation in particular, certain social and civilizational entities in General. Ukrainian mentality, by definition of well-known home philosophers, A. Bychko and I.Bychko, the philosophers of the Ukrainian Diaspora M. Shlemkevych, D. Dontsov, I. Ogienko is traditionally conservative, which had prevented the people to have their statehood, and nowadays it becomes an obstacle in the development of the modern statein many ways. Working out the ways to overcome the conservative inertia of the ideological and motivational kind of thinking and behavior, one can use the social-philosophical natural-evolutionary doctrine by H. Spencer as such, that substantially corresponds to the main features of Ukrainian national character. Namely, as antheism is love to the land, cosmismis a look in the sky as an equivalent scale of his own soul and cordocentrism with its settings of empathy for other peoples in contrast to the constant mistrust, and even hostility towards his own. Taken together, these features form the individualistic motivation of behavior threatening the need to establish their own state. Hence the so-called " farmhouse philosophy" of life in the form of the rules: "it’s my own business". That’s why a certain suspicion towards the members of their own socio-cultural elite for whom people is not a simple mechanical aggregate of individuals living in a particular area, but a spiritual integrity, recognizing that, you can explain these undeniable accomplishments, that the people as a whole, its leaders from all spheres of social life, despite the lack of state, offered to the mankind. According to this distrust of the elitethe peoples with Imperial traits of the national character, which seek to destroy Ukrainian state and the people as a whole sociocultural original unit speculated in the past and continue to speculate now. As an effective method of gradual but not protracted for centuries means of influence on the steadfast, mostly egocentric and individualistic foundations of the national character the state policy is being proposed aimed on the one hand at the dominance in the mass media cultural and educational programs, which would integrally combine the past and the modern, the latest one, and on the other hand contribute to the formation of national cultural associations attractive to all levels of the population by their non-party dominant. If in Europe the age of Enlightenment lasted for several centuries the modern means of influencing it, gives hope that this may also be evolutionary, gradual but over decades. Such a purposeful state policy doesn’t exist in Ukraine yet. The hope that she will certainly start to dominate is caused on the one hand by the phenomenon of the recent fatherland history, when in the course of a single decade two peaceful spiritual revolutions had been witnessed, which months – long flow was accompanied by an active spiritual enlightening and socio-cultural work among its members, on the other hand accelerated the formation of the public organizations, which have taken an active civil position and despite mass voters inertia nevertheless were all included into the state and local legislative bodies displacing doubtful as regards the devotion to the interests of their own people and their own state party’s previous majority. The transformation, of the population as a subject of consumption first of all the material needs and interests to the greatest degree is primarily a philosophical culture at thinking raises the population from the level of national self-centered to the level of common definitions which simultaneously have the status of objective necessary an order not only to proclaim them but to act according to their inherent contents. But everyone knows that the general in the objective – materialistic sense, is nothing but a popular General as a society but not just the territory of common living of ideologically separated individuals that make up the population of course the spiritual ascent must be accompanied by the realization of his primary needs but now their method of production itself requires a high culture understanding of their consumption. Especially at those artifacts which are the bases of human communications that is communism. |
