| В данной статье подчеркивается, что по итогам соответствующим образом рассмотренного противоречивого характера процесса исследования проблематики «глобализации» существует великое множество социально-философских толкований и интерпретаций. Однако в реальной жизни глобализм и глобалистика все больше и дальше затягивают человечество в противоречивые, тупиковые и неразрешимые ситуации. В связи с этим социально-философская мысль, наука до сих пор не выработали четкой и действенной концепции, связанной с системным, всесторонним и непротиворечивым толкованием данной категории. Далее в статье анализируются конкретные геополитические «векторы» социокультурного и культурологического развития современных человеческих цивилизаций, которые предметно демонстрируют и актуализируют острый характер основных глобальных проблем современности. И на этой своеобразной «эмпирической» базе осуществляется социально-философское рассмотрение и исследование «плюсов» и «минусов» всеобщего процесса глобализации жизни планеты, в том числе и украинского государства. | In the introduction of this article the relevance of those problems which are "presented" in its title is substantiated, their essence and level of elaboration are considered. Firstly, regarding the "globalization" category it is emphasized that there is a great variety of social-philosophical research and publications on this issue; and in real life globalism and globalistics drag the humanity into deadlock, unsolvable situations more and further. Secondly, the social-philosophical idea, science still have not worked out a clear and effective concept related to the rational demographic policy. And thirdly, in the field of ecological science in scientific-theoretical perspective prevails total confusion, indicating the absence of a single strategic line of understanding and development of ecology in the present and future. For example, one group of reputable scientists armed with the latest theories and computer techniques predicts the inevitable "global warming" and even "greenhouse catastrophe", while another group, no less authoritative and armed, insists on inescapable cooling and imminent "ice age." Some explain this phenomenon by anthropogenic causes and call for a reduction in emissions into the atmosphere; others are looking for explanations in the solar activity or in something else. Therefore, in our opinion, today's and future perspectives of socio-philosophical and scientific research on the globalism, ecology, population, terrorism and other problems had, have and will have sharp and contradictory nature for quite significant amount of time. In the main part of this work specific social and empirical data is given and analyzed. It substantively demonstrates the sharp nature of the main global problems of the modernity. Further, based on this "empiricism" the socio-philosophical research of these problems both of theoretical and practical type, is carried out. Also, the theoretical comprehension of the cause-effect mechanism regarding all those issues which trouble the society in the field of globalization, population and ecology is given. First of all, in our opinion, this "mechanism" is generated and associated with the contradictory nature of civilizational changes of the twentieth century and scientific and technological progress. This is a natural and objective process. The process has “minuses» and “pluses». Therefore, on the one hand, the need for social dynamics will constantly cause the "demand" for creative forms of the development and realization of the scientific and technical progress results. On the other hand, the next "round" of this progress will inevitably aggravate the issues related to the solution of the modern global problems, first of all to the solution of environmental problems, and also will generate new forms of contradictions of global nature. The article emphasizes the idea that for humanity, and in particular for the politics of the world's leading countries there is only one way out, one perspective left and this has to be transformed in modern and future scientific developments, specifically: to harmonize the world, to harmonize the relations between countries, between systems, between people by appealing to philosophical understanding of the deepest, inner, existential human experiences. In the final part of the article a number of conclusions is drawn regarding the fact that solving the globalization, population and ecology problems positively is becoming the main geopolitical strategic line of research and development both for practitioners and theoreticians. At the center of this new geopolitical strategy should be not an abstract individual, but the particular Human, the particular Personality. And it is precisely for these new demands of humanity a new philosophy should be formed, and it also should define formal and substantial sides of this strategy. For the old philosophy does not meet the real requirements and the "life standards". It possessed explanatory, interpretative, ascertaining and advisory nature, i.e. "trailed behind" the world events and problems. And the point is that knowing of it, its methodology have to become effective, outpacing, really predicting the approach of various problems, i.e. to be at the forefront of our Planet's "life". Therefore, the "philosophy of the future" which is being developed and comprehended today, based on the achievements of natural science and humanities using the most modern monitoring, calculating and modeling methods, has to become the "science of the human and spiritual health of the Planet" in very short time, in order to unite humanity and become a truly scientific and ideological basis for the further development of civilization. |
