| В статті розглядається сутність, роль соціального капіталу в сучасному українському суспільстві. За останні роки концепція соціального капіталу набула неабиякої популярності. Дослідження цього феномена з часу введення відповідного поняття в науковий обіг мають міждисциплінарний характер і здійснюються в межах соціології, політології, культурології, філософії та економічної теорії. Проте методологічна суперечливість і змістовна багатозначність, що супроводжує пізнавальний процес, не заважає більшості дослідників розглядати рівень розвитку соціального капіталу в якості інтегрального якісного показника суспільної життєдіяльності. Системна криза, яка супроводжує становлення українського суспільства, призвела не тільки до зниження життєвого рівня значної частини населення, але й у цілому негативно позначається на стані соціального капіталу. Дослідження даного феномена в умовах сучасної соціально-економічної трансформації актуалізується такими причинами: по-перше, підвищенням ролі соціального капіталу в економічному розвитку, забезпеченням конкурентоспроможності як на рівні окремих підприємств, так і на рівні країни в цілому; по-друге, посиленням конкуренції в усіх сферах суспільного буття. | The article deals with the essence and role of social capital in modern Ukrainian society. In recent years, the concept of social capital has gained considerable popularity. Studies of this phenomenon since the introduction of the concept to scientific circulation have an interdisciplinary character and have been carried out within the limits of sociology, political science, cultural studies, philosophy and economic theory. However, the methodological contradiction and meaningful that multiplicity accompany the cognitive process, does not prevent the majority of researchers to consider the level of development of social capital as an integral qualitative indicator of social life. The systemic crisis, which accompanies the formation of Ukrainian society, has led not only to a decline in the standard of living of a large part of the population, but also negatively affects the state of social capital. In general the research of this phenomenon in the conditions of modern socio-economic transformation is actuated by the following reasons: firstly, an increase in the role of social capital in economic development, ensuring competitiveness both at the level of individual enterprises and at the level of the country as a whole; and secondly, the intensification of competition in all the spheres of social life. Against this background, the following trends in its development can be noted: deformation of the motivational sphere of the able-bodied population, high unemployment among the graduates of higher educational institutions, devaluation of the state social capital, and the growth of migration of qualified specialists to the country's "golden billion". As a result of socio-economic changes, a significant stratum of persistently poor families has appeared. Their main problem is social disadaptation, which lowers their human capital and eliminates the social one. The deformation of the motivational sphere of the able-bodied population has also led to a decrease in social capital. The higher class of modern society has a significant volume of social capital. This, in turn, affects the quality of social capital in such important state areas for the state as public administration, science, defense and other areas of society's activity. The system of values is being deformated: the prestige of honest and high-yielding labor decreases; the social motivation of labor and professional growth of personnel disappears. The formation of social capital as a factor for the establishment of crisis-free relations in society, as social relations, built on mutual trust and good reputation which promote the economic development of society on the basis of social partnership, allows solving important and urgently needed tasks for economic growth, improving living standards of the population, a fair distribution of national income. |
