| В статті досліджується проблема місця та ролі Азербайджану в становленні нового світового порядку. З’ясовуються тенденції переформатування світового порядку, визначаються його характерні риси. Окреслено специфіку залучення Азербайджана до світових перетворень, даються характеристики національної ідентичності Азербайджану. Аналізується діяльність Азербайджану як країни-голови Руху неприєднання, як культурного та транспортного коридору між Європою та Азією, як регіонального лідера Закавказзя. | The article explores the problem of the place and role of Azerbaijan in the formation of a new world order. The tendencies of reformatting the world order are clarified, its characteristic features are determined. The specifics of attracting Azerbaijan to world transformations are determined, the characteristics of the national identity of Azerbaijan are given. It analyzes the activities of Azerbaijan as the chairing country of the Non-Aligned Movement, as a cultural and transport corridor between Europe and Asia, as the regional leader of the Caucasus. It is emphasized that the formation of a new world order takes place in conditions of uncertainty, conflict, and the coronavirus pandemic. It is emphasized that it is still difficult to define the contours of the new world order. But perhaps it will be a multipolar, polycentric and multilateral world built on certain rules. In this aspect, Azerbaijan seeks to adhere to many possible relations in its relations with the outside world, ie not to put all eggs in one basket. Azerbaijan closely monitors world dynamics and tries to be ready for the formation of any form of a new system of world order. Located at the crossroads between Europe and Asia, Azerbaijan serves as a transport, cultural corridor, a space for dialogue and an alliance of civilizations. Modern Azerbaijan emphasizes the growing influence of the East on the world order, changes in the world space, in which the role of Asia is growing, and different from the Western worldview and device come to the forefront of philosophical research. |
