| Стаття присвячена дослідженню впливу правлячого класу на розгортання основних соціальних процесів, що визначили зміст і характер трансформації українського суспільства. Деіндустріалізація спричинила втрату Україною таких галузей економіки як авіабудування, суднобудування, приладобудування, електронна промисловість, космічна техніка та інших. Деградація техносфери проявилася у втраті здатності реалізовувати проекти загальнодержавного масштабу, що забезпечують інтеграцію спільнот і регіонів у єдиний соціальний організм. Деградація трудових ресурсів в Україні послабила конкурентоздатність українських виробників на світовому ринку. Процес деградації науки обернувся втратою правлячим класом здатності забезпечувати поступальний рух суспільства. Деградація соціальної сфери проявилася в утвердженні соціальної структури, в якій абсолютну більшість становлять бідні, а питома вага середнього класу зменшилася до критичної межі, за якою стан стійкості суспільства зберегти важко. Процес депопуляції населення був зумовлений катастрофічним погіршенням умов життя переважної більшості громадян України (внаслідок проведення неоліберальних реформ) і є визначальним критерієм оцінки діяльності та ролі правлячого класу. Всі названі процеси є складовими процесу демодернізації українського суспільства. Правлячий клас пострадянської України вів українське суспільство шляхом соціальної деградації і сам деградував, що проявилося у втраті здатності зберегти цілісність соціального організму країни. Деградація правлячого класу України поступово перевела його в стан дегенерації (виродження), що проявилася у встановленні зовнішнього управління Україною. | The article is devoted to the study of the influence of the ruling class on the deployment of the basic social processes that determined the content and nature of the transformation of Ukrainian society. Deindustrialization led to the fact that Ukraine lost such sectors of the economy as aircraft manufacturing, shipbuilding, instrument making, space technology, electronic industry and others. The degradation of the technosphere was manifested in the loss of the ability of the ruling class to implement projects on a national scale that ensure the integration of communities and regions into a single social organism of the country. Degradation of labor resources in Ukraine has weakened the competitiveness of Ukrainian manufacturers in the world market. The process of degradation of science has turned into a loss by the ruling class of the ability to ensure the progressive movement of society. The degradation of the social sphere manifested itself in the assertion of a social structure in which the vast majority is poor, and the proportion of the middle class has decreased to a critical point, beyond which it is difficult to maintain a state of stability of society. The process of depopulation of the population was due to a catastrophic deterioration in the living conditions of most citizens of Ukraine (due to neoliberal reforms) and is a determining criterion for assessing the activities and role of the ruling class. All of these processes are components of the process of demodernization of Ukrainian society. The ruling class of post-Soviet Ukraine led Ukrainian society through social degradation and itself degraded, which manifested itself in a loss of ability to maintain the integrity of the country's social organism. The degradation of the ruling class of Ukraine gradually brought it into a state of degeneration, which was manifested in the establishment of external control over Ukraine. |
